1 General Terms

2999be (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online betting and casino service platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between 2999be and its users.

These terms are provided in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final. Continued use of this platform by the user constitutes their acceptance of these terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

• Only one account may be created per person.

2.2 Account Security

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

2999be is a platform for users aged 21 and above only. Gambling or betting by minors is strictly prohibited on this platform.

• At any stage of registration, we may request a national identity card or birth certificate for age and identity verification.
• Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
• If false information is provided, the account will be permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on 2999be are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• The deposit amount will be added to the account immediately.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed only through the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be delayed for review.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

2999be offers various bonuses and promotions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x).
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If bonuses are misused through multiple accounts, the account will be closed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus promotion expires.
• 2999be reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If the bonus wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be removed from the account.

6 Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

All betting and gaming activities on 2999be are conducted in a fair and transparent environment. The following rules apply to all users:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 2999be reserves the right to void a bet if an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error.
• If a technical issue occurs in any game, the relevant round may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.
• For sports betting, the official result of the event will be considered final.
• All sports betting, including cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, ICC events) and football, is conducted under internationally recognized rules.
• For live games, the result recorded in the system is final.

2999be may close or suspend any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information.
• Misuse of bonuses.
• Involvement in illegal activities.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account at any time. To do so, contact our support team. A valid balance may be withdrawn before account closure, however any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

2999be is not liable for the following:

• Interruption to a game or bet due to loss of internet connection or a technical error.
• Issues caused by third-party servers or software.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account where the cause is the user's own negligence.
• Personal or financial loss resulting from gaming activities.

2999be will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or special damages. Our maximum liability will never exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
